Train with convenience

in-person vs Virtual

In-Person Training
In-person training is where you and the coach meet face-to-face and discuss your goals and obstacles, then create a plan to accomplish them. For those living in Southern California, I am available to meet in most places, including Los Angeles and Orange Counties, as well as parts of San Diego, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. For locals, virtual training might still be best if you have a tight schedule, have transportation issues, or prefer the comfort of your home.
Virtual Training
For those of you who do not live in the area, or would prefer the idea of virtual training, this is an option. Virtual training allows for you and the coach to meet without the barrier of transportation. You and the coach will agree on a date and time to meet. The coach is flexible and can work around time zone constraints so that you are not inconvenienced. All you will need is a simple laptop or a phone with a camera and an internet connection.
